When he's about to make the big leap, however, he meets a woman at said bridge whose kid brother has fallen victim to the allure of crime and joined a gang. ![]() ![]() As a young adult this extraordinary success continues, along with his boredom, until one day he decides to kill himself by jumping off a bridge. He's too good, in fact, because nothing seems like a challenge anymore, and he's bored with life. In his origin story, Terry Sloane is a child prodigy who's good at everything he does, academically and athletically.
